After having her amazing food at a pop up, we hired Taylor as our private caterer for our small backyard family gathering. Her and her team made the event! She’s very flexible and easy to work with - we had a group with various dietary restrictions and she was extremely accommodating. The food itself was stellar and unique, so much so, that I’m still thinking about her ceviche almost a month later. Beyond her talent’s she’s fair and all around a great person to work with. We had the absolute pleasure of hiring TaylorMade Chef for our annual guys ski trip in Vail this February, and without a doubt, Taylor was the best private chef we’ve ever had! We do this trip every year and typically bring in a private chef—but Taylor set a whole new standard. From the moment she arrived at our rental house, Taylor and her Sous Chef created an experience that was both professional and incredibly fun. They danced along to the music we were playing while she prepared, laughed with the group, and still managed to deliver an absolutely flawless, restaurant-quality dinner. Taylor explained each dish she served, and it was clear how much pride and care she puts into her craft. The menu was next level. We started with an impressive grazing board loaded with cheeses, meats, olives, pickles, and fresh fruits—perfect for après-ski. The wedge salad was a standout on its own, loaded with crumbled bleu cheese, crispy bacon, and avocado, all tied together with her delicious herb dressing. Then came the star of the night: a perfectly roasted beef tenderloin with the most flavorful mushroom au poivre sauce I’ve ever tasted. People are still talking about it! The loaded baked potatoes and seasonal vegetables were the perfect accompaniments, and the creamy horseradish sauce was spot on. And don’t even get me started on her focaccia—so good we snacked on it for days after! We finished with an indulgent chocolate and caramel torte that was out of this world. Not only was the food amazing, but Taylor left the kitchen spotless at the end of the night. It was a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for an unforgettable private dining experience, TaylorMade Chef should be at the top of your list. We’ll be calling her again next year—no question!
